Skala: wysoka21 niezależne źródła

In the night of October 18, Russian forces launched a massive attack on energy infrastructure in the Odesa region, leaving around 24,000 people without power. The attack was carried out using Geran drones, with some reports suggesting the involvement of 'Banderol' and 'Dan-T' drones as well. The attack resulted in a fire at a power distribution station in the Arциз - Tatarbunary area, with the southern part of the region left without electricity. Ukrainian DTEK acknowledged power supply issues in the Belgorod-Dniстровський, Ізмаїльський, and Bolgradський districts, attributing them to 'local malfunctions'. Ukrainian social media accounts also reported Russian Geran drones operating in the Black Sea, possibly targeting another maritime vessel. However, details are scarce, and confirmation from Russian sources is awaited.
